Hello,

Following information would help you understand the freeze, float and withdrawal clearly.

FREEZE : A candidate, who has been alloted a seat and is satisfied with the presently allotted seat to him/her and do not wish to be considered for upgradation of seat in s ubsequent round of counseling, can opt for the freeze option in order to confirm the seat presently allotted to him.

FLOAT - A candidate who has been alloted a seat but wants to confirm the seat presently a llotted to him and also at the same time wants to be considered for upgradation of seat in later round of counseling on the basis of his already f illed choices, should opt for the float option.

WITHDRAWAL - A candidate who has been alloted a seat but is not satisfied with the currently allotted seat to him and do not want to be considered for allotment in any subsequent rounds of counseling, should opt for the withdraw option. The candidates, who opt this option, will be treated to have w ithdrawn from all the remaining rounds of counseling. The seat allotted to such candidates will be cancelled and shall be treated vacant.

Thank you.
