There are two methods for calculating Class 12 CBSE percentage:

Best five subjects where the percentage is calculated by considering marks of the best 5 subjects out of the 6 main subjects.
For science streams, many colleges calculate Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English and any other optional subjects.
