Dear Aman, in 2018 under State Quota a range of 491-391 marks secured a seat in Hi Tec Medical College under OBC Category. This year over all cut offs increased by 15 marks and so this college might have a cut of between 515-540. However this is just an observation based on previous trends. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam

Let me tell you that last year (2018) 490+ marks secured a seat in hi - tech medical college, Bhubaneswar under state quota. And private colleges do not participate in All India Quota so, you can get admission in this college only through state quote.
