Hello,
The minimum marks is the cut off marks a candidate has to score to be eligible to get admission in NIT. In 2020 the cut off for OBC-NCL to qualify in JEE Main was 72.8887969 and for general category it was 90.3765335. You haven't mentioned if you come under NCL or CL. If you come under CL then you will be considered as general category candidate. The expected cut off percentile in 2021 will be in between 70-75 for OBC-NCL and for general category it will be in between 90- 95. But you have to score above cut off percentile to have decent chances of getting seat in a NIT. Considering the previous year cut off trend you need to score minimum 180-200 marks if you belong to OBC-CL category and if you belong to OBC-NCL you need to score minimum 150 marks. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
