What is the minimum percentage needed for PSU job in mechanical engineering sector through GATE for a OPEN Category student?

Yes, you are eligible for some PSUs as most of them like THDC, PowerGrid ask for 65% in the qualifying degree examination but this criteria may vary PSU to PSU like BPCL, NLC accept candidates with 60% as well. Yes,  you are eligible.  Please follow Priyanka's answer.
And I just want to add some points to it.
*Mainly they will see the GATE rank.
* If you're a NSS/NCC candidate.
If you don't have any options in PSU,  go and join any IITS so that you'll get more opportunities than you're having now.
