what is the minimum percentage required for diploma level students so that they can do better job in private or public sector?

hi,
most of the private or public sector required a first division marks in diploma that is 60% marks in diploma course. however I would suggest you to get overall 70% marks in diploma courses because right now in india there is huge competition of getting in psus or government sector. so the more of umber you get , this will enhance the chances for getting selected.
