It's difficult to predict the exact cut-off, as it changes every year. Cut-off depends on lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest NEET score, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off varies from state to state. It also differs from state quota seats to all india quota seats.
Last year minimum cutoff was 106 for OBC, however to get a government seat you need to score above 400, for government seats general candidate should score above 420. For private colleges obc students need to score above 280 and general candidate should score above 300. This data is based on last year's cutoff.
