Hi Rohit,

A minimum of 1.23 V is required for electrolysis of water.

NOTE :- This voltage is observed in ideal conditions. It may change if we change temperature, pressure and number of moles per unit volume. Also charge on electrons should be equal to 96485 C/mol.
