You haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because each Category has its own cut offs. Now this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admissions to all of its branches for MBBS through All India Counselling and so it is difficult to predict a definite score or rank. But to give you a rough idea, AIIMS always has a percentile of more than 90 irrespective of the Category. And it is almost 99 percentile for Delhi but a little lesser for Rishikesh, Jaipur, Patna, etc. So on an average, if you belong to General Category, for a seat in Delhi or other popular branches of AIIMS, you will need 650 and more. But for branches like Guntur or Telangana, you might need 600. Hello, since you are aiming at the best you have to do your best. Aiims has very high cutoff and is on the top with percentile of almost 99-100% . Since it's the first year when aiims was combined with neet there will be alot of changes and those are inpredictable like for some of aiims you need 650+ and for others a little less. I recommend you to do the best you can. We have to wait until the cutoff is out an official. I hope this helps.
