what is the new pattern syllabus and weightage of jee main

Hello,

This year NTA has changed the pattern. There are  75 questions in total where each section will have 25 questions. From 25, 20 questions will be of MCQ where you will get 4 options and have to choose one. Other 5 are numerical based questions where you have to solve the question and write the answer in the answer leaflet provided to you. Each correct question will fetch you 4 marks and each wrong answer will deduct -1 from your total.
