Dear Aspirant,

After the final rounds of Pi and GD, there are 20% - 30% of the total candidates make it to the IIMs. The reason for Gd and PI is to know why you want to do management or whether or not you're a worthy candidate for their MBA program.

The topics asked in group discussions are like recent GK topics, recent economic policies, recent government decisions, etc. Topics like high fine rate in traffic rules, the effect of tax cut by finance minister, women empowerment, etc.

In personal interview, the questions are from your graduation, your work experience, WHY MBA?,  your interests and hobbies, basic graphs, etc.

Hope this helps. Thank you.
