The exact cutoff percentile for qualifying JEE Mains Examination is not yet announced by National Testing Agency(NTA).
And since JEE Mains examination is happening in various shifts on various days the exact cutoff percentile cannot be estimated.
I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce the precise cutoff.

For NIT what is the minimum score or rank..if i am eligible

The marks cannot be estimated on the basis of percentile obtained. That is the reason I cannot suggest as to how much score a student will require to get admission in NIT (National Institute of Technology). I suggest you to wait for National Testing Agency to announce the cutoffs.
