Actually you have not mentioned about which examinations previous year cutoff you are talking about. So it is quite difficult for us to determine about that.

In Andhra Pradesh there is only one government college which provides BTech in food technology course. This is Acharya n g Ranga agricultural University. Actually there is no mention of cutoff of 2019 in the official website of EAMCET.
