You have attend the counseling sessions for which one needs to fisrt register for counselling ( registrations started yesterday, you still have time to apply).

This is an opinion based on personal experiences of my first cousins. In subsequent counselling sessions the most creamy layer in ipu ranking will shift to du and they will eventually call you to fill the seats

Note: to be able to come in subsequent counselling sessions where you will get a seat you have to attend all previous sessions
