Considering you as a general category candidate let me tell you that 30 rank in wbjee is a marvellous rank so you can easily get the top college through wbjee which is Jadavpur University and you would easily get computer science in that.
Usually if you are a resident of wbjee then the cut off would be lower compared to the ones which doesn't belong to the west bengal .
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
