Here is the list of percentile v/s rank:

• 99 to 100:-  1 to 10700
• 95 to 99:- 10700 to 53000
• 90 to 95:- 53000 to 106000
• 85 to 90:- 106000 to 160000
• 80 to 85:- 160000 to 215000

Coming to your question I would say that suppose a person is getting 99 percentile than his rank will be under 8000 ,so on getting 99.5 percentile you will be under 3000 atleast
