80-90% of questions are directly or indirectly from ncert..so you should be stay focused on ncert
Just don't do extra stuff just focus on ncert
In chemistry inorganic and organic 90-95% questions have a direct relation with ncert
In physics try to consolidate on concepts

It is quite difficult to tell as they dont share such information but NEET covers 70-80 percent syllabus from NCERTs so it is advisable to complete these books first because you can consider them all really helpful to make all the basics strong and clear.
