Karnataka counseling for second round is still going on and admission process haven't been completed yet so once second round gets end then karanataka counseling authority may realised the vaccant seat matrix for mopup round which is going to be held offline. The registration for mopup round has been end on dec14. You can download your entry pass from Dec 14 to dec16. Offline counseling for mopup round will be held between dec18 to dec23.
