There is 27% reservation for non creamy layer OBC Candidates in Central Institutions. Reservation is applicable to the castes mentioned in the Central list of OBC Candidates from Creamy layer. If you do not come under Central List of OBC, then you will be considered under General Category. This is for All India Counselling. For State Counselling, the State reservation rules apply.
