Dear Abhishek, Fashion Technology varies from geographical location to location. Fashion always needs to keep in mind the cultural aspects of the place you are working or the client you are designing for lest, you hurt their sentiments. To start with, you can try as an Intern or work opportunities for projects. You can slowly expand ypur horizon by starting from India first. With Visa rules being made strict, most countries do not hire overseas talent unless there is a lack of local talent. For you to be recognised for an International opportunity, you should first build an expressive body of work in India. You should be exclusively working on various bodies of design and research.
