The cut off for different types of BAMS Colleges are as follows. Also these are expected cut offs calculated on basis of the previous years cut off.

1. For government BAMS Colleges , an SC candidate needs to secure a minimum of 400+

2. For semi government you will need about 360+

3. And for private colleges you need around 300+.

If your marks are somewhere between 360-400 you are on the safer side. If more you have good Chances of getting a good BAMS government college.

Hi, with regard to your query regarding admissions to BAMS in VPSC Ayurveda College, Kottakkal, please note that 45 seats are offered by the college to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, which conducts admissions to these seats on the basis of scores obtained by candidates in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

NEET is conducted out of 720 marks and candidates clearing the exam are placed in an All India Merit List, which each state uses to create its own State Merit List. The CEE, Kerala, uses separate State Merit Lists derived from the NEET Merit List to finalize admissions to the available seats in colleges offering MBBS and Allied courses in the state of Kerala. Through NEET 2017, candidates for BAMS in Kottakkal College were selected for admissions under 11 different categories including State Merit (Open/General), Ezhava (EZ), Muslim (MU), Other Backward Hindu (BH), Latin Catholic and Anglo Indian (LA), Dheevara and related communities (DV), Viswakarma and related communities (VK), Kusavan and related communities (KN), Kudumbi (KU), Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST).
