Mode of Examination

Online (Computer Based Test)

Number of Papers

2 (Paper I for Mathematics and Paper II for Physics & Chemistry)

Duration of Exam

1 hour 30 minutes for each paper

Total Number of Marks

100 marks (for each paper)

Number of Questions

100 (Paper-1 50 questions in Mathematics. Paper-2 50 each in Physics and Chemistry)

Marking Sceheme

Every correct response in Paper-I will be awarded 2 marks, while 1 marks will be given for every correct answer in paper-II. There will be no negative marking

Language

Paper I- in English only, while Paper-II in  English/Hindi/Marathi languages

Weightage

Approximately, 20% weightage will be given to 11th standard syllabus and 80% to 12th standard syllabus while setting the question paper

Chemistry

Alkanes, Basic principles and techniques in Organic Chemistry, s-Block elements (Alkali and alkaline earth metals), Hydrogen, Nature of Chemical Bond, Surface Chemistry, Redox Reaction, Gases and Liquids, States of Matter, Some basic concepts of Chemistry

Mathematics

Sequences and Series, Probability, Relations and Functions, Sets, Circles and Conics, Straight Line, Factorisation Formulae, Trigonometric functions of Compound Angles, Trigonometric functions
