Firstly, you need to send your resume to the college, after sending the updated resume, the PGPM admissions office shall revert back with a detailed profile evaluation summary within 72 hours. Shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of past academic performance and relevant work experience.

Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / SMS to their registered email address and phone number with every detail. Shortlisted candidates must reach the interview centre 30 minutes before the allotted time.

You will be then called for SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT). This test shall consider the following four characteristic traits of the candidates;

1. Leadership potential
2. Reasoning and Ideation potential
3. Relationship building potential
4. Self-Leadership potential

The next round will be a Personal Interview with a faculty member and a senior member from the industry. You will be questioned about their background, how the MBA program fits with your future plans and aspirations.  In 4 weeks, the results shall be conveyed to the candidates of their selection. If selected you will have to pay INR 2 lakhs to secure the seat, within 10 days of the announcement of results.
