As simple as that 12 carries approximately 60% weight age and 11 the rest 40% most of the time. Still, the exception prevails. Sometimes it becomes mundane for the examiner, so there's a possibility that he might do the vice - versa. Bt still it hardly matters that which has high weight-age because any way you have to clear your 11 concepts in order to have a good command on 12 syllabus.
But don't target to score like this. It is a bad strategy.

Though class 12th syllabus matters the most but you really cant expect to understand those topics without the prior knowledge of class 11th. You have to be well versed in both the classes topics to have a good rank in any entrance tests.
