Quant is the scariest part for students but it has a weightage of 1/3 of whole paper so you can't skip it.
As per theCAT exam pattern, there are three sections- Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) and Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VRC). Each section of the test has a few important topics which a student must cover.

Mathematics, in a way, is apoetry of logical ideas; syncing perfectly with theQA section of CAT, wherein the mathematical questions are based on logics and theories.
