Seat Matrix provide the Information about Vacant number of Seats in Respective Colleges for Round 2 Counselling process.
With the Help of Seat Matrix We can also predict the Cut off or Closing Rank of any College.
If you didn't get any Seat during Round 1 of the Counselling then you should take the Help of Seat Matrix available for Round 2, you can do choice Filling according to Seat Allotment list of Round 1.
If you are interested in any particular College and you are not sure that you will get that College or Not then just look at the Seat Matrix of that particular College and see the number of Vacant seats in your category and see the closing Rank of that particular College in Round 1, it will be very helpful for your choice filling of Round 2.

Seat matrix is nothing but it gives you an idea of vacant seats after the first round of Counselling. Once the Round 1 of any counselling is over, not all the Candidates take the allotted seat and join the College. Few join, few resign, few upgrade. And so after this process is completed, the Counselling authorities release the seat matrix so as to help the Candidates applying for Round 2 to make their choices accordingly. This is a common procedure in all rounds of Counselling.
