You can apply for Personal Bankers post in Public Sector Banks, Talking on recruitment of personnel officer, they are recruited via competitive exam conducted at national level. Some banks consider IBPS score, while banks like SBI have their own examination for this recruitment. PG in personnel management, HR, industrial relations, social work, labour law, or social work would be required.

Secondly you can go Marketing sector in banks as the process of recruitment for marketing officer is same as for personnel officer above. The requirement for the marketing officer is MBA in marketing. PGDBA and PGDBM are also eligible.

You can also go for additional programme offcers in different agencies, The process of requirement is based on either merit basis; however, some PSUs may conduct their own test. The requirement for this post is MBA; however, other PG course students may also be eligible for the same.

You can become Marketing trainee position in various PSUs, Some of the PSUs which offer management trainee jobs are National Projects Construction Corporation Limited, Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited, Dredging Corporation of India Limited etc. Some of these may ask for a year or two's experience as well. The number of vacancies offered in total is not too less. It could rise to even a thousand in a year in some cases.

Also, General Managers post are vacant these days for the PSUs, The PSUs that might offer general manager post are National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Odisha Mining Corporation OMC, State Trading Corporation of India, National Small Industries Corporation Ltd, BSNL, IFCI Ltd, Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), etc. Number of vacancies varies from time to time.
