For the students' overall development, the placement cell at Kolkata's Heritage Institute of Technology hosts mock interviews, orientation programmes, and grooming sessions. Employers are invited by the training and placement cell to hire college students. To give students exposure to the industry, the cell also hosts internship fairs.
