No. Only AIIMS UG exam should be cracked to become eligible for MBBS admission in AIIMS. 

Hello, As per your query i would like to tell you for getting admission in AIIMS institute only AllMS entrance exam is required. NEET  is for all other  medical college in india.

I really cannot understand what you have stated but If you are trying to ask about eligibility criteria then it’s as given 

Candidates must be of 17 or more at the time of admission 

candidate must be of Indian nationality 

Candidate must have minimum of 50 % in PCB If belongs to general category and for SC ST 40% is required 

If you wish to seek admission in any of the AIIMS institutions, you need to appear for AIIMS-UG entrance examination.
For admissions into any of the state level medical colleges, AFMC, AMU, BHU IPU and the like you need to appear for NEET-UG examination.
For admission into JIPMER, you'll have to appear for JIPMER-UG entrance.

See NEET examination is conducted by the Government of India via the cbse across the country so as to give admissions based on the score in NEET examination to the all medical colleges across the country except that for the AIIMS and JIPMER rest all medical college across the country conduct admission based on NEET for aiims and jipmer they conduct there own separate examination for the admission to the college.

For getting admission into AIIMS you just need to appear for AIIMS entrance examination and qualify it.

For getting in aiims you only need to appear for aiims ug exam and get good score in it around 140+

Show the matter of the factors that if you are aiming for all colleges accept for NGO Neet marks will matter but if you're aiming for AIIMS then only your marks in the words which fulfill the AIIMS admission criteria on for undergraduate courses and your marks as well as rank in the entrance examination organised by AIIMS itself and not your Neet marks is important

No the two exams cover different set of colleges
Admission in aiims is based on the score in aiims exam(7 aiims)
Jipmer is another exam for admission in 2 colleges under it
While neet covers all the remaining college be it the govt. Or private colleges

No. For admission in AIIMS, they conduct AIIMS UG entrance exam. This exam is only for 707 seats in 7 AIIMS institutes.

NEET is for the admission of students in Medical colleges all over India except AIIMS and JIPMER (JIPMER also conduct their own exam).
Marks in NEET will not be used for AIIMS or JIPMER.
