You have to minimum 75% marks in class 12 from JEE Advanced 2021 eligibility criteria.For SC)/ST/PWD it's 65% aggregate marks in 12th.

First of all you have to give jee mains exam. The eligibility norms for JEE Advanced 2021 has been conveyed by IIT Delhi on the official site. The eligibility norms contain all the current eligibility conditions and requirements that are set for the test.
- You should be an Indian resident.
- You should be born on or after october 1, 1995. For candidates belonging to any reserved category, the age criterion has been relaxed as far as possible to October 1, 1990.
For taking the jee advance you must qualify and score within top 2,50,000 ( all including reserved categories). If you belong to SC, ST, or PWD category must secure at least 65% of marks in their Class 12th board assessments.
The following five subjects will be considered to ascertain the cut off marks and total marks for satisfying the JEE Advanced eligibility rules of the top 20 percentile:
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Optional Languages
- Elective subject
