Dear aspirant,

The cutoffs keep varying every year based on the number of students applying and the difficulty of the exams etc. So to be on the safe side, I am assuming that you belong to Unreserved category with no other quota. For this category, the closing rank has been around 18 - 20 k. Again, based on previous year trends you'll need a percentile of 97.7 to get this rank. If you have the advantage of any other category/ domicile the rank prediction might be lower. Hence, if you have 97.7 percentile in JEE Mains, you have a decent chance of getting CSE in SGSITS.
