Hi,
Nothing can be said definitely until the final merit list is released after the second phase of JEE Mains is conducted. But going on the past year trends, the expected cutoff percentile for SC/ ST/ PWD would be in the range of 40-70 percentile. I would say to be safe a percentile of 60+ would be a good enough to qualify for JEE Advanced in your category. For OBC NCL, the cutoff percentile would be between 45-70 and general candidates (Common Rank List) can expect 85-90 to be a safe percentile.
Also do remember that it is mandatory to pass the qualifying exam (read, 10+2) with five subjects in total. General category candidates would require a total of 70% in aggregate while SC/ ST/ PWD would require 65 % in aggregate.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
