First of all congratulations on getting such a good rank in jee mains 2021.

SInce you have mentioned that you have got 19k rank in jee mains 2021 , it might be very difficult for you to get computer science seat in top nits . But you may get a good number of branches in other gftis or iiits.

Here is the list of colleges that you might get with this rank :

NIT kurukshetra, NIT Jalandhar, NIT hamirpur, NIT bhopal, NIT PATNA and NIT Durgapur and much more.
