what should be one's ranking in neet to get admission in aiims Delhi in 2020

Hello
Previously neet and aiims were conducting seperate exams so we could predict the aiims ranking and percentile
But this is first time that aiims admission is via neet so it's difficult to tell the ranking for aiims
But it must be in top rankings as previously candidates giving exam score 99 percentile.
