What should be the minimum marks in Jee Mains to get admission in top Nits or Iiits. (General category)

Hello.

To get an admission into the top NITs, one should aim for a percentile of 98 and above in the General category. Your rank should be between 1-20,000 to get into the top public colleges. Last year, some NITs closed the rank around 20,000.

IITs give admission on the basis of your JEE (Advanced) marks. Your rank should be at least below 3000 to get into a good IIT. Hence, you should aim to get at least 50% of the total marks in JEE (Advanced).
