If you are aiming for private medical colleges I don't think it will be useful to different colleges as per rank because the course and duration, of course, remains the same. It is up to you to use the best of college facilities being provided.

You can still consider some factors like

1. Location

2.Diversity

3. Extra Curriculars-you need them in MBBS for keeping up with stressful study
