To be sure of getting a government MBBS college your DMER SML rank should be below 2000 and for BDS it should be below 3000. This cannot be predicted in terms of All India Rank until the results are announced. 

You'll get a private MBBS college if your SML number is around 7000 and less and private BDS if it is around 13000 and lesser.
