The score for an SC candidate to get into any good government college must be above the 90 percentile.
You can get good college even at above 85 percentile.
But to get colleges like Government college of engineering Aurangabad, government college of engineering Amravati your score should be above 90 percentile.
For the colleges like VIT Pune, Walchand college of engineering Sangali, VJTI Mumbai, COEP Pune your score must be above 97 percentile.

As the cut off is different for each institute and branch it is quite difficult to predict the exact score to have decent chances of getting seat in a college. Cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. You should aim to score minimum 70-90 marks or above in MHT CET to secure a decent rank in the entrance examination.
