They ask for an valid photo ID proof so if you have another id proof with photograph, you can take that along. For a suggestion you should take aadhar card as well. They will definitely allow you for examination.you must also go through instructions of admit card.

Apart from your Aadhar Card, you can carry any valid government photo id proof like your passport, ration card, bank account number, PAN Card etc. Carry whichever document has the correct information about your Name, Date of Birth, etc. Your details should match the ones in your admit card.
