Hi,
The eligibility criteria for pursuing fine arts course is to have 50% aggregate marks in class 12 examination from a recognised board or equivalent.
You can choose any stream in your class 12 according to your interest for pursuing the fine arts course.
You can even choose fine arts as an additional subject during your inter to get a basic knowledge about the subject if your board of examination allows you to pursue the subject.

Hope it helps.

Best Wishes
