Research a good pilot school and take a training flight lesson, then go for the further Procedure for that FAA certificted ,  

Procedure, and apply for the FAA certificted, if you are deicied once with the school then go for the next step, and take a private Pilot knowledge and if you are upto the mark then go for the pratical. And see Aeronautical is also a good thought and it also connected with Governement. I suggest you to do in India only because our counter will help you not only in pratice and even in placement also.
