What to fill in my domicile in NEET/AIIMS form since I belong to Punjab and have done 12th in GUJARAT ?

For state quota eligibility you need to have a domicile of that particular state. So of you thr domicile of punjab you are eligible for state counselling there

You will be eligible for the 85% quota of that state which increases your chance for selection.

I don't have domicile of either state since I haven't stayed in either state for more than 4 years and the rule says for domicile certificate one needs to live in a state for more than 10 years.
My father is in armed force so we have to change station about every 3 years. While filling the form which state should I fill GUJARAT/ PUNJAB?
