As per your query about the books, i would first and foremost is standard books that you read during your MBBS course, next is MCQ books

Pre and Para clinicals

Anatomy, physio and biochem and forensic - Aravind Arora. Also consider soumen manna/Krishna Kumar for physio
Biochemistry - Rebecca James and it's a very good book. Covers a lot of genetics and IEM stuff which is frequently repeated in jipmer
Patho - Devesh mishra/Sparsh gupta
Phramac- Gobind Rai Garg
Micro - Apurba shastry
Anat, path and micro - focus on images
For physiology remember to pay special attention respiratory and other calculations and graphs.

Clinicals

Ophthal - Ruchi rai, Aravind Arora and Sudha Seetharam are considered good. If you have the time I'd recommend you read a standard text for ophthal.
Ent - Shakshi Arora
Psm - Vivek jain plus stats
Medicine - Deepak Marwah. Mudit Khanna is also good for concepts but for some reason doesn't have the latest questions. SOME notes of coaching can also help
