After 12th pass you can get the job in BPO. There is no any good job opportunities after 12th only. So I would suggest you to go for further studies as per your interest so that you can have more opportunities for better job profile.

I would suggest you to complete your graduation and post graduation first and then apply for job as this will be helping you to get a good job at decent package. And if you talk about my view, then I am not in favour of suggesting job after 12th (if there is no financial issue) but still if you want to start working then you can try for BPO, DEO or you can upload your resume on recruitment website as you will start getting the calls if you meet any company's requirement.
