I dunno about 2017 but, one should get min. Of 150+ marks in order to get an MBBS seat in AIIMS!!!!

AIIMS result and admission is based on percentile score not individual marks

Although the marks are not disclosed so openly but if u see interview of the toppers then u can get to this .
Although it varies each year but it's around 157-158 .

First ranker's marks is taken as 100 percentile
And the rest of the people's marks are graded relative to the first Mark

Hey hi,
Percentile score is used for the admission for the AIIMS instead of individual marks.
It differs from year to year.
Hence it cannot be said. So score high as possible to get a seat.

hi the marks of aiims topper havent been released but he was at 100th percentile, to tell you more , All India Institute of Medical sciences will be conducting their exam on MAY 27TH 2018 and online registration starts from february 2018. it is a single gate way for admission across all AIIMS in country. the pattern will be as follows
PHYSICS-60 QUESTIONS
CHEMISTRY-60 QUESTIONS
BIOLOGY -60 QUESTIONS
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND CURRENT AFFAIRS-20 QUESTIONS
Please do note that there would be negative marks and also make sure that you prepare well for Assertion and reasoning type of questions. hope this helps. good luck
