The cut offs for jee mains and jee advanced every year gets revised and new sectional  cut offs are released specially for jee advanced. For jee mains the cut offs for obc is around 65-70 percentile but in this percentile even if you belong to obc category you won't get a good college because the cut offs would be far higher.

The cut offs further depends on certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the paper and also number of seats available in the college.
