NEET 2019 round 2 cutoff rank for admission is as follows:

Maulana Azad Medical College- 4839 (DU quota, OBC category)
Vardhman Mahavir Medical College- 6747 (IP quota, OBC category)
University College of Medical Sciences- 9375 (DU quota, OBC Category)

As per your requirement, i would say that the last rank in neet 19 is not yet announced as it will only be released officially only after full counseling pricess in over.

Last year the cut off was

MAMC:580 marks , closing rank : 3103

UCMS: 571 marks, closing rank : 4153

VMMC: 562 marks,closing rank : 5381

This year the cut off has increased basically, though you can avail its reservation of seats being from obc.
