My weak subject was chemistry, I have given more time for that and have gone through NCERT mostly. I had prioritized the topics as easier and difficult topics and I have given more priority to the easier topics. Only after I have completed the easier topics I have gone to the difficult part.

You need to clear your basic concepts of the weak topics to overcome your fear of your weak topics. Start with your NCERT books and then move on to higher concept books. Then you can start to practice mock tests frequently. These mock tests give you an insight into the real exam paper. You should also practice a lot of previous year question papers.
Also, you can enroll for the JEE mains online coaching by Careers 360. It provides previous year question papers, frequent mock tests and 24*7 doubt clearing and many more.
