That is not qualification marks...instead it is cutoff marks.I will tell you about 2016 and 2017...for more you can check it from below given link.
In 2016,the cutoff marks for general category was 100 marks while in 2017, it reduced to 81 marks.

Cuttoff range from 90-120 in last few years.
