Rank of any exam depends upon the number of candidates appeared for the exam and marks scored by the student  which is more than and equal to your marks, so it becomes quite difficult to give you an exact data or a fixed digit of rank which should have on 60 marks in JEE advance because it fluctuate every year depending upon the above factors.
